Shipping policy

We generally ship all in-stock items the next business day after your order is placed; however, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to ship to account for unexpected and/or unusual delays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Please note that once your package has been picked up and scanned by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other provider), it is in their possession and control. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, weather interruptions, or delivery issues once the package leaves our store.

If you would like to add shipping insurance to your order, please email hello@madamepeacocks.com prior to shipment so we can make arrangements.

Pre-order items are not guaranteed to ship within a specific timeframe. Estimated arrival dates are subject to change due to production or supplier delays. Pre-order items may take longer than expected. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship together once all items are available.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
