Returns

Returns must be postmarked no later then 30 days after an order is placed, or returned in store no later than 30 days after purchase.  Returns are accepted on unworn items with receipt and all tags intact. Return packaging and postage is the responsibility of the customer, and so it is recommended that you track your package for safe return to our store. Store credit in the form of a gift card will be issued for all accepted returns. Please know your boot size per brand as exchanges or gift cards only will be issued. Gift cards can be used online or in store and never expire. All sale merchandise is final and cannot be returned. Any returns that appear to be worn or have the tags removed will not be eligible for return.
