Shipping
We generally ship all in-stock items the next business day after your order is placed; however, please allow up to 8 business days for your order to ship to account for unexpected and/or unusual delays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
Please note that once your package has been picked up and scanned by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other provider), it is in their possession and control. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, weather interruptions, or delivery issues once the package leaves our store.
If you would like to add shipping insurance to your order, please email hello@madamepeacocks.com prior to shipment so we can make arrangements.
Pre-order items are not guaranteed to ship within a specific timeframe. Estimated arrival dates are subject to change due to production or supplier delays. Pre-order items may take longer than expected. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship together once all items are available.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns
Returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days after an order is placed, or returned in store no later than 30 days after purchase.
Returns are accepted on unworn items with receipt and all tags intact.
Return packaging and postage are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend tracking your package to ensure safe return to our store.
Store credit in the form of a gift card will be issued for all accepted returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please know your boot size per brand, as exchanges or gift cards only will be issued. Gift cards can be used online or in store and never expire.
All sale merchandise is final and cannot be returned.
Any returns that appear to be worn or have the tags removed will not be eligible for return.
